Rebecca M Singer, DNP, RN is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois Chicago College of Nursing, specializing in population health. With nearly two decades of experience, she focuses on global health, community partnerships, and trauma-informed care for survivors of violence, including sexual and intimate partner violence. She has coordinated emergency responses for refugees and displaced populations in unstable regions and co-led Chicago’s pandemic preparedness program for vulnerable communities.
