Dr. Rebecca Lu is a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Marketing and Management at Durham University Business School, where she specializes in Strategy and Innovation. She holds a PhD in Strategic Management from Aston Business School (2024), an MSc in Strategy and International Business (2021), and a BSc in Business and International Relations (2016), all from Aston University. Her research focuses on Strategy-as-practice, Play in strategy, Inclusion/exclusion dynamics, and Resolving ambiguity, employing qualitative methods and video ethnography. She is an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
