Rebecca Guidice

Rebecca Guidice is a Professor and Director of the Executive MBA Program at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). She teaches doctoral, master's, and undergraduate courses in strategic management, leadership, and survey design, and has taught both domestically and internationally. Dr. Guidice co-authored peer-reviewed research papers in top-tier academic journals and earned tenure at UNCW in 2014.

Dr. Guidice previously served as faculty at the University of Mississippi and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and holds the position of Global Scholar in Kennesaw State University's Doctoral Program.
