Rebecca Greenleaf

Rebecca Greenleaf, MPH, holds academic roles as Adjunct Assistant Professor and Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Maternal and Child Health at the University of North Carolina's Gillings School of Global Public Health. She has over 20 years of public health experience, specializing in workforce development, health transformation, and systems integration.

Education:

• MPH in Maternal and Child Health, UNC Chapel Hill (1998)
• BS in Health Science, James Madison University (1995)

Research & Expertise: Focuses on advancing MCH workforce capacity through training programs emphasizing evidence-based decision making and change management. Leads the National MCH Workforce Development Center (MCH WDC), which supports Title V professionals in addressing complex public health challenges.
