Rebecca Goldberg is a Lecturer at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and an instructor at the University of Richmond. She specializes in innovation, Lean techniques, and operations design, applying these methodologies to enhance customer-facing value propositions in service- and technology-driven economies.
