Rebecca Foster MBE is a Senior Lecturer and Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy at the University of Worcester’s School of Sport and Exercise Science. She serves as Course Leader for the MSc Disability Inclusion in Sport and Physical Activity and teaches on the PE and Coaching undergraduate program. Her expertise focuses on disability inclusion, particularly in Deaf sport, and she has contributed to international initiatives through workshops in China, Japan, and Lithuania. She was awarded an MBE for her services to inclusive sport and supporting young people.
