Dr. Rebecca Dagnall is a Lecturer at Curtin University's School of Art, Creative Arts and Social Inquiry within the Faculty of Humanities. Her research focuses on suburban Australian cultural identity, class relations, and landscape photography. She has been affiliated with the Office of the Provost and is based at Curtin Perth campus.
Key awards include multiple art prize finalisations (e.g., Joondalup Invitation Art Award, Mid West Art Prize) and semi-finalist recognition in prestigious competitions like the Moran Photographic Prize. Dagnall's creative works explore themes of urbanisation, cultural mythologies, and the Australian landscape through photography exhibitions and curated projects.
