Rebecca Buchanan

Rebecca Buchanan is an Associate Professor of Curriculum, Assessment and Instruction at the University of Maine, within the School of Learning and Teaching under the College of Education and Human Development. Her research focuses on teacher learning, examining intersections between personal identity, professional development, school reform, literacy, and language. She employs qualitative methods and discourse analysis to explore how teachers integrate past and present experiences in their learning processes.
