Rebecca Bolt Ettlinger

Rebecca Bolt Ettlinger is a Researcher at the National Centre for Nano Fabrication and Characterization, Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Her work focuses on pulsed laser deposition techniques and thin film materials for solar cell applications. She completed her PhD in 2017 under the supervision of Prof. Jesper Schou, studying thin-film deposition and characterization of new solar cell materials.

Her research interests include material science, semiconductor materials, and nanotechnology, with an emphasis on improving solar cell efficiency through advanced fabrication methods. Key contributions involve studies on Cu2ZnSnS4/CdS solar cells, non-stoichiometric sulfides, and high-energy deposition techniques for CZTS solar cells.

Ettlinger has presented her work at major conferences such as the Materials Research Society Spring Meeting (2017) and the EMRS Spring Meeting (2017). She actively participates in collaborative projects and has published extensively in journals like Solar Energy Materials and Solar Cells and Applied Physics A.
