Stela Canulescu

Stela Canulescu is a Senior Researcher and Group Leader in the Department of Electrical and Photonics Engineering at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). She holds a PhD from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (2004–2008). Her primary research focuses on thin-film photovoltaics, semiconductor materials, and nanomaterials, with a particular emphasis on pulsed laser deposition techniques and optoelectronic device development.
