Dr. Rebecca Bates is a Professor in the Department of Integrated Engineering at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where she served as department chair for over a decade. She currently directs Twin Cities Engineering while teaching in both this project-based program and the Computer Science program, and holds the Distinguished Faculty Scholar title at her institution.
