Rebeca Boyd is a Violin Instructor at the Eastman Community Music School, with over six years of teaching experience. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Weber State University, a Master of Music from Eastman School of Music, and a Doctoral of Musical Arts from Eastman School of Music, where she also held a teacher training mentorship with Wendy Undercofler.

Dr. Boyd specializes in violin instruction, chamber music, and string ensemble training. Her pedagogical approach emphasizes technical mastery, interpretive nuance, and mentorship in collaborative performance settings. She has actively participated in performance-based roles, including the principal second violin position with the Classical Music Festival Orchestra and chamber recitals with the Kismarton String Quartet in Austria.
