Raúl Rosales is a Professor within the Department of Engineering at King's College London's Faculty of Natural, Mathematical & Engineering Sciences, specializing in Net Zero Asset Management at the Net Zero Centre. He also serves as a Senior Executive Fellow at Imperial College Business School and co-founded the Singapore Green Finance Centre (SGFC) in 2020.

His research focuses on Climate Finance, Carbon Markets, and Net Zero Transition through sustainable infrastructure and policy innovation. Key projects include carbon pricing mechanisms, voluntary carbon market scaling, and financial accounting frameworks for carbon finance.
Raúl has published extensively on ASEAN carbon markets, emissions trading schemes, and climate policy roadmaps. His work bridges Environmental Economics, Policy Development, and Green Finance to unlock trillions in sustainable investment.
As Senior Advisor to Orchard Global Asset Management, he translates academic insights into actionable strategies for alternative credit investments. Raúl actively participates in seminars and panels, advocating for pragmatic approaches to sustainability challenges.
He contributes to King’s Climate & Sustainability Research initiatives and leads partnerships like the 2025 Westminster Council Net Zero programme, leveraging energy systems expertise to accelerate emissions reductions.
