Rawle Philbert

Dr. Rawle Philbert serves as Chief of the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where he previously led the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program for over two decades and chaired the Dentistry and OMS department. His expertise spans surgical innovation, trauma management, and complex reconstructive procedures in maxillofacial surgery.

Education: He graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry and completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Harlem Hospital Center.

Research focuses on surgical techniques for mandibular fractures, bone grafting, and managing maxillofacial pathologies.
