Raushan Aman is a postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the Martti Ahtisaari Institute at the University of Oulu, Finland, and the Oulu Business School. She holds a PhD in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu and a Master’s in Project Management from Royal Holloway, University of London. Her research focuses on entrepreneurial ecosystems, migrant women entrepreneurship, and gender diversity in business, particularly in healthcare and non-Western contexts.
