Raul Omel is a Lecturer in Economic Theory at the University of Tartu's Faculty of Social Sciences, School of Economics and Business Administration (since 2021), and a Teacher at the Estonian University of Life Sciences' Institute of Economy and Social Sciences (since 2021). He holds a Master's degree from the University of Tartu and has been engaged in doctoral studies at the Estonian University of Life Sciences, focusing on computable general equilibrium analysis in agricultural economics.
