His work examines time's affective dimension across contexts—from Helsinki prisons to corporate environments—while contributing to the Horizon Europe Project 'Hephaestus' through craft-based climate solutions. Research themes explore chronopathic experiences, emotional governance, and the intersection of literature with organizational critique.
Administrative roles include membership in the Aspen Institute Business in Society Advisory Board and Teaching Ambassador Network. Publications span topics on boredom's creative potential, public secrecy mechanisms, and melancholy's somatic dimensions in stress management.
