Rama Seth holds dual academic positions as an Associate Professor at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and Professor (on leave) at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC). She completed her PhD at Columbia University and has served in prominent international institutions such as the Federal Reserve Bank, World Bank, and IMF. Her research focuses on empirical corporate finance, banking systems, and private equity dynamics.
Education: PhD in Finance from Columbia University, New York City.
Research interests span corporate governance, monetary policy transmission, and the impact of CSR on firm value and SDGs. Her work often bridges theoretical frameworks with real-world policy implications.
