Raphael A. Yunk is a Professor at the Department of Architectural Engineering and Construction Science, Kansas State University. He has served in leadership roles as program coordinator (2006–2012) and department head (2013–2017), contributing to academic governance and curriculum development.

Additionally, he contributes to professional accreditation as a member of the Exam Development Committee for the Architectural Engineering Professional Engineering exam. He is a licensed professional engineer and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional.
