Randolph Walters

Dr. Randolph Walters serves as Associate Professor of Counseling and Psychology at Eastern University, where he has been a faculty member since 1995. Appointed Special Assistant to the President for Diversity, Equity, and Belonging in September 2020, he chairs the Diversity and Inclusion Team and represents the President's Office in institutional initiatives.
