Dr. Randi L. Sims is a Professor in the Management Department at Nova Southeastern University's H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business & Entrepreneurship. With a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University, she has dedicated her career to studying ethical decision making, organizational behavior, and academic dishonesty.
