Dr Randhir Auluck serves as Associate Head of School: Enterprise and Commercial and Principal Lecturer in International HRM at Coventry Business School, Faculty of Business & Law, Coventry University. Her responsibilities include managing teams for CPD, consultancy, and external programs, while teaching leadership and HRM modules.

Her research focuses on leadership development, international HRM, HRD in public sectors, and work-life balance practices. Her recent publications analyze PRP systems, gendered organizational change, and cultural influences on HR in Kenyan public sectors.
She supervises six PhD students and contributes to academic leadership as Working Group Co-Director: Public Service Reform for the International Association of Institutes and Schools of Administration (IASIA).
