Rance Necaise is an Associate Professor in the Computer Science Department at Randolph-Macon College (RMC). With over 35 years of teaching experience, he previously held academic positions at Washington and Lee University and the College of William and Mary. His roles at RMC include chairing the Computer Science Department and the Committee on the Curriculum, and he led the Curriculum Review Committee that redesigned the College's general education program.
