Dr. Lu-Andrews specializes in Corporate Finance and Real Estate research, publishing in premier journals including Real Estate Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, Sustainability, Journal of Housing Economics, Eastern Economic Journal, Review of Accounting and Finance, and International Journal of Managerial Finance. Prior to Cal Lutheran, she taught finance courses at University of the Pacific, Menlo College, and University of Connecticut where she participated in the Real Estate Center.
