Dr. Rammina Yassaie is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Leadership at Sheffield Hallam University's Centre for Leadership in Health and Social Care, joining in 2022 after a decade as a practicing medical doctor. She specializes in compassionate, inclusive, and eco-ethical leadership, focusing on sustainable healthcare and planetary health integration into clinical curricula. Her work includes leadership development programs for healthcare professionals and collaborations with organizations like the NHS Leadership Academy and the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management.

Her research interests emphasize leadership's role in addressing climate change, advocating for healthcare systems that prioritize planetary health.
