Rami Nair

Rami Nair is a Teaching Professor at Northwestern University and Director of Language Programs in the Department of Asian Languages and Cultures (ALC). Fluent in four languages, she bridges linguistic and cultural education through her work, including coordination of the Hindi-Urdu Language Program and active involvement in the Buffett Global Kitchen initiative. Her research focuses on pedagogical strategies for culturally embedded language instruction.
