Ramesh Raskar is the NEC Career Development Professor and Associate Professor at MIT Media Lab, leading the Camera Culture research group. His work focuses on AI and computational imaging for health, sustainability, and global impact. He holds appointments at MIT Institute for Data, Systems, and Society and is an Adjunct at Tufts Medical CTSI. His research spans physical sensors (health-tech), digital systems (privacy-aware ML), and global applications (satellite imaging, autonomous mobility).
