Raman Patel, Ph.D., is an Adjunct Professor in the Civil and Urban Engineering department at New York University's Tandon School of Engineering. With 40 years of experience in transportation and ITS engineering, his expertise spans urban infrastructure systems management and technical coordination in large-scale transportation projects.
