Ralitsa Berberova

Ralitsa Berberova is an Associate Professor at New Bulgarian University (NBU) in the Department of Natural Sciences. She serves as Director of the Earth Sciences Program Council and heads the Laboratory for Natural Disasters and Risks. Previously, she led the department from 2012 to 2020 and directed the International Alternative Tourism master's program (2005–2012). She holds committee roles in multiple faculties and teaches courses on natural disasters, environmental management, and alternative tourism.
