Ralf Wilden is a Professor of Strategy & Innovation and Associate Dean Research (Training & Performance) at Macquarie Business School, Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. He co-founded the Innovation, Strategy and Entrepreneurship Research Centre and previously served as Program Director for Master in Marketing Strategy, Director Research, and Campus Director at Newcastle Business School. His industry experience includes roles at BMW Group, o2 Telefónica, and consulting firms like Ernst & Young.
His research focuses on dynamic capabilities, service innovation, and organizational renewal, aiming to improve strategic performance through service-dominant business models and market sensing.
