Rajib Ganguly

Rajib Ganguly is an Associate Professor of Physics and Program Director in the Department of Applied and Engineering Physics at the College of Innovation and Technology, University of Michigan-Flint. He previously held roles in the Department of Computer Science, Engineering, & Physics under the College of Arts and Sciences from 2009 to 2021.

• Education: Ph.D. in Astronomy & Astrophysics (2002) from The Pennsylvania State University.
• Research Interests: Focus on quasar outflows, supermassive black holes, intrinsic absorption lines, and circumgalactic medium using observational data from Hubble Space Telescope and other instruments.
