Prof. Dr. Rainer Haag is a Professor of Organic Chemistry at the Institut für Chemie und Biochemie within the Fachbereich Biologie, Chemie, Pharmazie at Freie Universität Berlin. His research focuses on nanocarriers, functional dendritic architectures, and antifouling surfaces with applications in drug delivery and biomedical engineering. He leads a prominent research group in the UniCat Excellence Cluster, contributing to projects like multivalent nanoparticles and polymer-supported catalysis.
