Rain Ottis is a Tenured Associate Professor at Tallinn University of Technology's School of Information Technologies, Department of Software Science. His research examines cyber operations, security strategy, and information warfare frameworks.
His investigations focus on developing effective cyber defense capabilities, optimizing offensive cyber operation planning, and examining international legal frameworks governing cyber conflicts. He maintains particular expertise in military cyber workforce development and exercise design.
