Raimundo Manuel Cabrera Pérez

Raimundo Manuel Cabrera Pérez serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Botany, Ecology and Plant Physiology at the University of La Laguna, actively contributing to the CIPEV research group (Integrated Control of Plant Pests and Diseases) and the Official Doctoral Program in Biodiversity and Conservation.

His academic foundation includes:

• PhD in Plant Physiology from the University of La Laguna (1987), thesis: "Pests and diseases of the Canary palm"

Research centers on Plant Physiology examining stress responses in vegetation, Plant Pathology focusing on integrated pest management systems, and Biodiversity Conservation supporting ecological preservation initiatives.
