Rahul Arora is a DPhil Student and Rhodes Scholar at the University of Oxford, affiliated with the Computational Health Informatics Lab within the Institute of Biomedical Engineering. He concurrently holds an Adjunct Lecturer position at the University of Calgary. His research focuses on data science applications for infectious disease surveillance, particularly through initiatives like SeroTracker, a global dashboard for SARS-CoV-2 antibody data analysis funded by Canada’s Public Health Agency.

Rahul’s research interests include Bayesian inference, evidence synthesis, public health data visualization, and knowledge translation. He leads SeroTracker, which aggregates and visualizes global seroprevalence data to inform pandemic response strategies. His work bridges computational methods with actionable public health insights.
Prior to Oxford, Rahul co-founded ENTid (a medical diagnostics startup), worked at McKinsey & Company, and led a national STEM education non-profit. He earned a BHSc in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Calgary, graduating with top academic and community service honours.
