Ragne Soosalu is a doctoral student and junior researcher at the Institute of Art History and Visual Culture, Estonian Academy of Arts since 2022. She holds academic ties to both the Estonian Academy of Arts and the University of Tartu. Her research focuses on Baltic German and Russian female artists active in Estonia from the late 19th century to WWII, alongside challenges in studying lost or destroyed artistic heritage.
