Rafel Crespí i Cladera

Rafel Crespí i Cladera, Full Professor of Business Organization at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB), serves as Director of the Department of Business Economics and the Banca March Chair in Family Business. Holding a PhD in Economic and Business Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (1992), he has taught at undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels across institutions including IE Business School, Pompeu Fabra University, and UIB, with subjects ranging from Introduction to Business to Family Business and Corporate Governance.
