Rafael Obregón is a Full Professor and Interim Director of the School of Engineering and Technology at Western Illinois University (WIU), with over 37 years of experience as an engineer, manager, and educator. He has held leadership roles including interim chair of the Department of Engineering Technology (2008–2009, 2018–2020) and serves as a principal investigator for Department of Defense and industrial-sponsored projects.
- Education: M.Sc. in Industrial Technology from Western Illinois University.
