Rafael Angulo

Rafael Angulo serves as a Teaching Professor in the Practicum Education program at the Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, University of Southern California. He joined USC in 2001 after 11 years of direct child welfare experience including emergency response/investigation, street outreach for runaway youth, and transitional housing services.

His educational background includes:

• Master of Social Work (MSW) from California State University (1995)
• Bachelor of Arts (BA) from California State University (1990)

Dr. Angulo's clinical expertise centers on paternal impact on child development, culturally responsive practice with Latino communities, and integrating spirituality into therapeutic work.
