Radha D'Souza is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and active member of the Law, Development and Conflict Research Group at the University of Westminster. With qualifications from the University of Mumbai (B.A., LLB) and the University of Auckland (PhD in Geography and Law), she combines legal practice experience with academic rigor. As a social justice activist, her work bridges Third World issues, decolonization, and socio-legal theory.
D'Souza's research spans International Law, Development Studies, and Social Movements, with a focus on decolonial frameworks and anti-imperial critiques. She has held advisory roles in international panels including the Camargo Foundation and Monique & Roland Weyl People's Academy of International Law. Her recent work with Jonas Staal on the Court for Intergenerational Climate Crimes (CICC) merges art, law, and radical justice.
