Rad Alrifai is a Professor of Computer Science at Northeastern State University. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology following graduate studies at Northeastern Illinois University and undergraduate work at Governors State University. His scholarly interests center on computer science pedagogy, software engineering principles, and data analytics methodologies.
Alrifai has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and directed over eighty undergraduate research projects spanning diverse computing domains. His teaching portfolio includes foundational and advanced computer science courses, with particular focus on curriculum development and student research mentorship.
