Rachele Anconetani serves as a Lecturer in the Finance Department at SDA Bocconi School of Management and holds an adjunct professorship for Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions courses at Bocconi University. Her professional engagements include extensive research and consultancy collaborations with prominent entities such as JP Morgan Private Banking, PwC, Refinitiv, the European Space Agency (ESA), FIS, and Edenred.
Educational qualifications:
- Graduated with honours in Accounting, Financial Management, and Control from Università Bocconi in 2015.
Her research expertise spans corporate finance, sustainable finance, corporate welfare, and corporate sustainability. She actively investigates the intersection of finance and sustainability, with additional contributions to the space economy and climate change through collaborative projects. Her scholarly work emphasizes practical applications, addressing real-world challenges in corporate financial management and welfare strategies.
Recent publications (2022-2025) reveal a consistent focus on innovative finance topics, including SPACs versus IPOs, microfinance as a sustainable asset class, conglomerate resilience during economic crises, and the strategic impact of corporate welfare on employee dynamics. In academic service, Anconetani coordinates the Banking & Finance Concentration for the Executive MBA program at SDA Bocconi since 2019.
