Maurizio Dallocchio is Full Professor of Corporate Finance at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. Previously he served as Dean of SDA Bocconi (2003–2007), Director of the Master in Corporate Finance (2000–2016) and Director of the Finance and Real Estate Department (1992–2002).
