Rachel Wilson is a Professor in the Management Discipline Group at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), part of the UTS Business School. She holds a PhD from the University of Oxford (2002) and has extensive experience in education systems research, leadership, and policy analysis. Her roles include Associate Head of School for Teaching and Learning, emphasizing research methodology training and educational innovation. Wilson’s expertise spans education policy, teacher workload, equity in education, and the intersection of health and physical education in schools. She has taught and researched at leading Australian and international universities, including the University of Western Australia and Oxford.
