Rachel Warriner is an Assistant Professor at Northumbria University's Design Arts and Creative Industries. She holds a PhD from University College Cork (2016) and has held a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Courtauld Institute of Art. Her research focuses on political activism in art, particularly feminist, queer, and anti-racist movements. She curates with Pluck Projects, organizing exhibitions such as 'Exhibiting Queer Culture in Ireland' and 'Women, Artists and the Institution.'
