Rachel Stephens, Psy.D., is an Associate Professor and Director of the Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology Program at Regent University’s School of Psychology & Counseling. Her career reflects a lifelong passion for education and mental health, transitioning from music teaching to clinical psychology. She earned her Psy.D. from Regent University and completed an APA-accredited internship at the University of Virginia’s Counseling and Psychological Services, followed by a postdoctoral residency at Virginia Commonwealth University’s University Counseling Services.
