Rachel Seeber Conine

Dr. Rachel Seeber Conine serves as an Adjunct Lecturer in both the Criminal Justice Department and Gender and Women's Studies Department within SUNY Plattsburgh's School of Arts & Sciences. She teaches at the main campus and through the branch criminal justice program in Queensbury, NY, while also developing curriculum for multiple institutions nationwide.
