Rachel Morgan is a Lecturer at the Brunel Business School, part of Brunel University of London. Her research explores intersections of gender, class, and workplace dynamics, with a focus on tainted occupations, well-being, and social mobility. She has collaborated with London councils, NHS Wales, and academic colleagues on projects addressing occupational stigma, community resilience post-Grenfell fire, and mental health disclosure in organizations.
