Rachel Moran is a Professor and Robins Kaplan Director of Clinical Education at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. She founded the Criminal and Juvenile Defense Clinic and teaches full-time. Her expertise includes criminal law, juvenile justice, and police accountability.
