Rachel Meacock is a Professor of Health Economics at the University of Manchester, affiliated with the Division of Population Health, Health Services Research & Primary Care. She specializes in evaluating healthcare financing and organizational changes, particularly in cost-effectiveness analysis applied to large-scale programs such as NHS seven-day services and pay-for-performance initiatives.
